Arlington Wallace did an amazing job renovating my 3 bed house. I bought it run down and now it’s brand new. I had a basic idea of how I wanted the house to look and had a strict budget but they came with so many creative and innovative ideas to suit my budget. They gutted the whole house, refloored, replastered, rewired the electrics, painted, redesigned my stairs to create more space in my downstairs hallway. They rendered the outside and repainted. They built me a new wet room downstairs which I love as my visitors now do not need to go upstairs to use the bathroom, I can keep the upstairs private. They also landscaped my garden and built me new a shed and an outhouse. I absolutely love my new home and I highly recommend this company. They are professional and hardworking. No time wasting. Arlington carried out a complete renovation of my bedroom which still had 1960s walls and ceiling. Arlington transformed the old looking bedroom into a very modern compatible and spacious room. Would definitely be using again.

Taking on my first property which was a full overhaul and refurbishment of a Victorian property, I was naturally nervous due to my inexperience and inherent complications associated with the project. Right from the inception of the project to completion, Arlington Wallace was extremely reliable and dependable; operating with the utmost professionalism by undertaking every task with excellent attention to detail.

Never willing to take a short cut and only ever willing to complete every task / job to the highest standard. Arlington Wallace’s breadth of expertise was the most impressive – from designing to general building services, electrical work, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fitting etc. Once all the project was complete, Arlington Wallace also provided ongoing maintenance services which was invaluable. About five weeks ago I had a new electric shower put into my bathroom (the electric had to be run into the bathroom etc) and I was extremely pleased with the job which was completed promptly and was very well finished. Unfortunately this weekend the shower stopped working, as there was a fault with the actual unit, but after getting in touch with Ambrose he sent someone round to identify the problem on Saturday afternoon and had a new shower installed by Sunday evening! They really went above and beyond, working at the weekend to sort this out for me. I will certainly be using them again!

I recently had my kitchen , my study and shed re-done by these guys and they did an amazing job. Not only did they deliver to schedule , but they have excellent customer service and answered all my queries before, during and after delivery. I highly recommend them and of course will be using the services again.

Arlington Wallace were recommended to us by a family friend. Despite a very short timescale, and a very busy time of year (2weeks before Christmas), Ambrose was able to make our run down and out dated house warm, comfortable and above all very stylish!
Services included plastering, Asbestos removal, new flooring, painting and rewiring. A smart boiler system was also installed.
We were really impressed with Ambroses’ creativity, he understood our needs as a family. He was also very responsive to our ideas. The team made it possible for us to enjoy our first Christmas in our new home.
